Collection Head (Jakarta Raya - Bandung, Malang, Surabaya, Palembang, Lampung)

Responsibilities:



* Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through optimal portfolio management



Requirements:



* Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00

* Maximum age of 33 years old

* Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position

* Showing good leadership skill, systematic and strong analystical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever

* Ready to be assigned at any Indonesia region



Branch Manager (Jakarta Raya - all around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process to achieve branch's target from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services. The ideal candidate should show great competencies in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.



Requirements:



* Bachelor degree from reputable university

* Maximum age of 33 years old

Sales Officer (SO) (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving target credit application fulfillment through the creation of a warm relationship with the dealer / partner / customer as well as through service excellence (process speed, accuracy of data, information that can be accounted for).



Requirements:



* Minimum D3 with GPA min 3:00

* Age not more than 27 years

* Has a powerful energy to achieve individual and team targets

Surveyor (SUR) (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for checking the accuracy of customer data in the field, with surveyed customers in terms of character, capacity, capital, and collateral conditions.

Service Head (SHE) (All Around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.



Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.



Field Collector (FC) (Jabodetabek)

Responsibilities:



* Responsible for handling accounts receivable problem. Daily tasks include monitoring bucket problems accounts and find the best way of doing billing of customers who can not meet its obligations, in accordance with applicable procedures and still maintain the quality of service.

* Min. D3 with GPA min. 3:00

* Age not more than 27 years

We are starting operations on a large scale of which we are opening several branches. Currently, we are looking for self motivated professional for the following positions :

BRANCH OFFICE

Based Area : JAKARTA BANDUNGSEMARANG SOLOSURABAYA

BRANCH MANAGER
Responsible for managing entire branch operations (Sales, administration, customer care and collection). Develop new business, retains customers, and manage loan portfolios.

CREDIT HEAD
Manage the underwriting process and be responsible for loan quality performance. Make sound credit decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis on timely basis with accuracy in risk grades in line with Group credit principles and policy and ensure effective risk management practices are followed.

COLLECTION HEAD
Manage the overdue accounts as well as be responsible for bad debt performances. Required to lead and coach the local collections team to achieve agreed lending and collections targets.

Requirements :
  • Male / female with maximum age 35 years.
  • Graduate / Post-graduate from related field (min. GPA: 3.00)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in financing business, preferably from
  • Multifinance company and should be currently working in the same role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomous, self motivated and initiative taker.
  • Fast & able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop subordinates.
  • Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
