Assistant Commercial Controller - Jakarta

This position reports to MDC (Modern Distribution Channel) and will be responsible for coordination and execution of administrative financial of MDC.
Roles
For this position, the key roles are:

* Preparing and ensuring realization of budget
* Monitoring expenses
* Analyzing master data, managing contract, pricing and Account Payable using SAP
* Making budgeting report, new customer report, invoice report

Qualifications
The qualifications are:

* University graduate in Accounting/Finance from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
* Having minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting field preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Retail business
* Strong knowledge on accounting related, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive when dealing with administrative works, well organized and extremely focused.
* High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
* Excellent English (spoken & written)
* Computer literate (MS Office, SAP, Visio)

* Manage Engineering documentation
* Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details
* Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
