PO&G (Independent Energy Resources Development) - Various Positions (Engineer, Manager, Geologist, Geophysicist, Superintendent, etc)

PO&G is an independent energy resources development group of companies specializing in cost competitive energy projects. We invest, develop, build, own and operate projects throughout the energy supply chain, including upstream and downstream oil & gas development, power plants and pipelines.

As part of our rapid projects growth, we have immediate opening for energetic professionals in following positions:

1. OPERATION HEAD (OPR)
  • At least 15 years experience in leading overall oil & gas activities (production, drilling, sub surface, surface, transportation, commercial).
  • Used to lead oil & gas operation including production, drilling, facility, HSE & community development.
2. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PJE)
  • At least 15 years experience in developing project for oil & gas facility.
  • Used to develop oil & gas facilities project (storage system, piping, gathering station, transportation).

3. PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (PRO)

  • At least 15 years experience in production & well operation.
  • Used to lead well operation and well services.
  • Used to supervise production team.

4. WELL SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT (WEL)

  • At least 15 years experience in well services.
  • Used to lead well operation and well services.
  • Used to supervise well services team.

5. FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (FMT)

  • At least 15 years experience in production facility maintenance (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation).
  • Used to lead, maintain & troubleshoot machinery / equipment malfunction.
  • Provide engineering expertise.

6. PRODUCTION ENGINEER (PRE)

  • At least 10 years experience in field production engineering.
  • Used to optimize the usage of oil production facility.

7. RESERVOIR ENGINEERING (RSE)

  • At least 5 years experience in Reservoir engineering and simulation.
  • Used to assess accurately all the phases of reservoirs (appraisal, development and production), control the reservoir aspect, reservoir development and production operations and adapt them to the actual geology.

8. SR. GEOLOGIST (GEO)

  • At least 10 years experience in exploration and development geology related works.
  • Used to interpret and evaluate geological, geochemical and geophysicical data on a workstation.

9. STAFF GEOPHYSICIST (GST)

  • At least 15 years experience in geophysical works related to acquisition, processing and interpretation of data.
  • Used to interpret and evaluate geophysical along with other geological and related data on a workstation

10. LOGISTIC COORDINATOR (LOG)

  • At least 5 years experience in oil & gas logistic process.
  • Used to liaise with vendor on material handling (including material handling equipment, check the material and arrange for the proper storage).
  • Used to set up logistic system including administration of material movement \

General Requirements :

  • Willing to travel regularly.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to adapt with dynamic environment.

Head Of Operations
This role requires experiences in Policy Underwrittting. Claims and New Business operations of a life insurance environment. You should have at least 5 years of experience and demonstrate strong managerial, analytical and decision making skills. Sound knowledge of industry best practices and a good medical degree would be advantageous

Head Of Marketing
You should have a maximum of 8 years experience in Marketing and ample exposure in Market Research, Product Development, Events and Promotion and Marketing Communications. Exposure in the financial services sector preferably in insurance, strong thought leadership and business orientation are pre-requsites

Head Of IT Application (Manager)
You should have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar position. Beside being exposed to designing, developing, modifying and conduct testing on software application, you should have strong knowledge of Oracle database and Ms SQL Server. Experience with ASP.net, J2EE and Java Scripting is also essential. Strong analytical skills and experience in the insurance industry are essential

Human Resources (Manager)
You should be a HR Generalist with a good business degree, and have strong hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and labour relations matters. Past experience in a supervisory role and ability to build strong relationship with business partners would be useful

Bancassurance Business Development (Executive and Manager)
This role is responsible for building relationship and working closely with our Bank Partners to launch new products and achieving sales target. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a business development, sales or marketing role in financial services sector. Strong communication and presentation skills. and have the tenacity to follow up closely on assignments are pre-requisites

Executive Assistants to CEO (Manager)
This role directly assists the CEO in major company projects, monthly reporting and other admin related tasks. You should have strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task. A minimum of 5 years experience in handling end-to-end projects is prefered. You should also have strong communication (written and oral) and analytical skills. A good command of the English language is essential and you are required work independently as well as in teams
