GEOLOGIST (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:

2. Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
3. Able to operate mining software: Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper
4. Able to make progress report on designated project
5. Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and bedrock
6. Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure

SAFETY (SPV-Superintendent)

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience as HSE in Mining Industry
3. Certified POP or K3 is preferred
4. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
5. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige

GRADE CONTROL (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
3. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
4. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
5. Responsible for the stockpiles
6. Good understanding about HSE / K3

PURCHASING (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:
1. D3/S1 degree from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum 2-5 years experience in mining or heavy equipment company
3. Well understanding about purchasing matters such as : purchase order, price comparison and make a link / connection to supplier

LABORATORY ANALYST (Supervisor)

Qualification :
1. D3 Chemistry / S1 MIPA Chemistry
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Lab & QC mining
3. Can Operate XRF & AAS
4. Familiar ISO 17025 : 2005
5. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality

SURVEYOR

Qualification:
1. Min STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic
2. Having minimum within 1-2 years experience in mining industry
3. Able to operated surpac and minescape software
4. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
1. Male, max 45 years old
2. Willing to be place in Maluku Island, Halmahera with rotation schedule

To support its expansion plan, the Group is looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join its Management team as:

Positions in Finance & Administration :
1) Financial Accountant
Reporting to the Group CFO, the incumbent is responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting. He will manage the finance and administration functions of all the local companies. In its start-up, he is expected to establish and implement appropriate computerised accounting systems, internal controls and timely financial reporting. He will carry out project evaluation studies and negotiations with banks and financial institutions on project / trade finance facilities. His responsibilities will include maintaining good relationship at high level of integrity with the governmental agencies, external parties or consultants on matters relating to legal, tax, banking, strategic and transaction structure.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance or professional accountancy qualifications.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience with a strong background in general accounting or auditing.
  • Able to manage multiple changing agendas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills engaging at senior management level.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a good command of English.
  • Wide exposure to a broad range of sales contract, Time Charter or Voyage contract and asset financing.
  • Willing to travel at short notice to regional countries.

2) Accounts Assistant
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Financial Accountant and is responsible for maintaining the Group s computerized accounting system. He should be hands-on in developing and training accounting staff, internal control and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience with a strong background in general accounting.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Software.

3) Administrative Secretary
The successful candidate reports to the Financial Accountant and is responsible for the administrative and HR function of the company. Apart from secretarial duties, she is expected to spear-head the development of HR function and to provide the administrative support to the Accountant in our Jakarta office.

Requirements :

  • A diploma in Administrative Management and or Secretarial practice.
  • 5 to 8 years experience in secretarial position.
  • Competency in MS Office, Publisher & Power Point or similar software.
  • Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with a good command of English.

Positions in Marine Operations
1) Marine Operations Manager

  • Experience in tugs and barges operations with a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position.
  • Familiar with vessel documentations, certifications, charter parties and insurance claims.
  • Computer literate and well versed in latest marine telecommunications equipment.

2) Port Captain / Marine Superintendent (Ex Tug Boat Master)

  • At least 5 years experience in tugs and barges engaging in the transport of bulk commodity.

3) Technical Superintendent

  • Ex-Chief Engineer with experience in maintenance or overhaul of medium size ship engines for the last 8 years.

All above personnel in Marine Operations must be able to travel on short notice.
Both Finance and Marine Operations are based in our Jakarta Office.

Job Description :
  • Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops
  • Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data
  • Plan borehole drilling patterns
  • Lead and monitor a team of Junior Geologists and Surveyors in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling
  • Able to use AutoCAD for mapping and reserve estimation

Job Description :

  • Lead a team of drillers daily
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly drilling targets set by Exploration Department

  • Identify outcrops in unexplored areas
  • Able to conduct mapping of unexplored areas
  • Able to use AutoCAD for mapping
  • Able to use GPS

Minimum Requirements :

  • Geological Degree
  • Ready to work in a remote area
  • Ready to work in the field everyday
  • No experience needed
  • Willing learner

3. Mining Surveyor
Job Description :

  • Lead a survey team
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly topographic survey targets set by Exploration Department
  • Update daily survey readings and mappings
  • Able to use SOKIA and TOTAL STATION instruments for surveying
  • Able to use AutoCAD to plot daily topographic data, to be shared and used with the Exploration & Mining department
  • Able to calculate coal stock in the stockpile
  • Able to use GPS
  • Report to Senior Geologist or Head of the Exploration Department

Minimum Requirements :

  • Geological Degree.
  • Ready to work in a remote area
  • Ready to work in the field everyday
  • Minimum experience of 3 years is required
  • Willing learner

4. Mining Engineer
Job Description :

  • Lead and monitor a team of foreman at the site
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly mining targets (OB removal, Water removal, Coal Production)
  • Monitor the performance of drivers and operators, including their discipline
  • Ability to prepare reports and documents to be submitted to the Mining Department
  • Ability to welcome and give site tours to various departmental visitors
  • Well versed in mine planning, including haul roads, pits design, OB distance, etc
  • Report to Senior Mining Engineer at the site
  • Coordination with the Automobile Engineer, in terms of which equipments are available.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Mining Degree
  • Ready to work in a remote area
  • Ready to work in the field everyday
  • Minimum experience of 3 years is required in the field of coal mining
  • Willing learner from the senior mining engineer
  • Leadership qualities to lead the foreman, operators and drivers

5. Port Captain
Job Description :

  • Ensure vessels are crewed, operated and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Implement standard procedures and guidelines for the operation of a safe and environmentally sound fleet
  • Assist in the development and adherence of the operational budgets investigate vessel damage, product spills, and personal injuries
  • Ensure all appropriate authorized and company personnel are notified and that proper documentation is completed accurately

Minimum Requirements :

  • Conveyor/ dump truck loading knowledge is very essential
  • Experience minimum 3 years
  • Strong communications skills and able to interact with people of all levels, as well as external parties
  • Willingness to travel

6. Electrician
Job Description :

  • Locates and determines electrical malfunctions using test equipment
  • Repairs malfunctions by such methods as replacing burned out elements, fuses, and replacing defective wiring, cleaning and repairing motors
  • Tests electrical equipment, such as, motors, heaters, and controls for safety and efficiency, using standard test equipment and by observing functions

Minimum Requirements :

  • Electrical Engineering prefer, experience minimum 3 years
  • Requires initiative and ingenuity to analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specifications and electrical codes
  • Ability to sustain considerable physical effort at frequent intervals
  • Troubleshooting skills, technical speaking, knowledge of electrical materials and concepts, electrical circuit knowledge, customer service, the ability to find solutions in electrical systems
