MERCHANDISE GENERAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development of business strategies and merchandise/product plan that aligns to the organization’s strategic business growth plans. Builds the capabilities of the team and inspires creative and forward merchandising management to enhance the gross profit margin of the organization's products and services.

Requirements:

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible to purchase & select merchandise by researching lines and identifying new opportunities. You are also required to create & maintain relationship with vendors by establishing partnership, analyzing vendor performance and negotiating effectively, as well as working with Marketing Division to develop beneficial promotional strategies.
* You should be able to identify fashion trends by researching fashion markets & media for dynamic new opportunities in order to maintain strategic advantage.

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business or other relevant disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry or department stores.
* Knowledge in textile and tailoring is an advantage.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

* You are responsible to support all departments by developing coding programs based on program specification.
* Male / female, max. 27 years old, min. S1 in Computer Science with 1 year experience as a Programmer.
* Has intensive knowledge in O/S HP UX, RDBMS and other programming languages. Should posses strong analytical & logical programming skills.

IT DEPT- DATA MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (DMS)

* Your main function is to maintain the company's RDMBS / database system, including data back-up & restoration, daily monitoring of database effective performance and development of the database system to enhance its effectiveness.
* To perform the function, you should have knowledge and skill in Unix / Linux Varian operating system and be capable of database logic file system.
* Male, age max. 28, min. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. At least 1 year of experience in the same function.

* You will responsible for warehouse/store inventory and reconcile daily/monthly inventory variances.
* You will responsible for Company’s asset tagging and positions.
* Male/female, max 30 years old. Min D3 – Accounting/Finance with min 2 years experience at the field of inventory management.
* You should be able to manage 1 staff/assistant at a minimum.

STORE OPERATION

* Your main role is to support the store operation in all administrational matters, as well as in coordinating store-related activities.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – for Sales Supervisor (MT)
