In order to provide global expertise and experience with local resources, PT. Degrémont was established in 1985. PT. Degrémont specializes in design, construction, and operation of water treatment plants.

Currently we need a professional like you to fill the position below :

Jr. PROPOSAL ENGINEER (JEP)
Responsible to assist Proposal Manager to prepare the proposal document, including process design, site survey & testing, costing and other inquiries related to the proposal. Reviewing and reporting about the proposal follow up also being part of this role.

Requirements :

* Min Bachelor Degree majoring Chemical or Environmental Engineering, from reputable institution. Other disciplines may be considered if there is relevant work experiences.
* Having 2-3 years experiences in water/waste water treatment industry.
* Good communication skills, both in Bahasa & English, verbal and written.
* Computer literacy, especially Ms Application. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
* Good interpersonal skills and having strong willingness to learn.

Proposal Engineers
You will generate cost effective, quality and timely proposals in instrumentation and control to meet customers business and technical requirements. You are also expected to consistently strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of proposal generation. You will conduct site survey to investigate existing system configuration to address customers actual requirements : discuss and present business and technical solutions to clients, render support to Sales and provide follow up on technical clarifications, as well as undertake department process improvement projects.

You should have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 3 years experience in process/industrial automation, instrumentation and control industry, preferably focusing on DCS and/or ESD services business. You should have a good knowledge of process automation, proficiency in Ms. Office suite, Visio, Project Scheduler, and some knowledge of AutoCAD software. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and under stressful environment during bid preparation period, as well as be willing to travel when required
