Main Responsibilities:

4. Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.

Requirements:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and provide relevant project documents, and reporting working progress.
2. Generate/review calculate Material Take Off (MTO).
3. Negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work.
4. Analyse either proposal or other report from contractor which related to project work.
5. Handle Quality Control which is connected with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge, etc.

7. Monitor and crosscheck project progress from contractor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.

4. Control and prevention of acid mine drainage.
5. Responsible in environment monitoring program.
6. Conduct environment auditing.
7. Maintain waste and waste water or hazardous material (B3).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Environment/Mining Engineering/Forestry.
2. Possess at least three (3) years experience in coal/mineral mining.
3. Familiar with environment monitoring tools on site as well as environment assessment process (PROPER, K3LH ESDM).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify training, design and develop programs based on organization and individual needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Performance Appraisal result.
2. Manage a training budget and an overall training plan keeping within the budget and evaluate training programs and monitor the progress of trainee through questionnaires and discussions with super ordinate.
3. Manage Performance Appraisal System annually and Analysis Individual Performance based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator).

1. Senior Project Superintendent



Key Accountabilities:

› Lead, deliver and role model compliance with the Companies Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan, developing that plan in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and in line with the Emeco Occupational Health and Safety Management framework and proactively managing all safety and related issues to achieve zero harm.

COMMUNITY RELATION OFFICER (CRO)

- Male/Female, age 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Experienced as CRO in mining company (preferably from metal base mining company).
- Good Computer skill.
- Willing in work in a remote area.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Good Presentation & Negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.

LEGAL COUNSEL (LC)

- Male / Female age 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Experienced as Legal Councel in mining company (preferably from metal base mining company).
- Understand the process of mining permit.
- To be stationed in Jakarta with some traveling.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.

LOGISTIC & PURCHASE OFFICER (LPO)

- Male / Female age 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting.
- Experienced as Logistic & Purchase in mining (preferably from metal base mining company).
- Willing to work in a remote area.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.

SURVEYOR (SVR)

- Male / Female, age 30 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Geology / Mining Civil.
- Experienced  10 years as Surveyor in Gold or Metal base mining company.
- Good mapping computer skills.
- Willing to work in a remote area.
- Honest & hard worker.
- Fluent in English.

SENIOR & JUNIOR GEOLOGIST (S-GEO / J-GEO)

- Male / Female, age 30 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Geology / Mining.
- Experienced  10 years as Geologist in Gold or Metal base mining company (S-Geo).
- Experienced  5 years as Geologist in Gold or Metal base mining company (J-Geo).
- Good computer skills.
- Willing to work in a remote area.
- Have excellent leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.

COOK (CK)

- Male, age 20 - 35 years old.
- High School Degree.
- Experienced as Cook in mining camp (preferably from metal base mining co).
- Willing to work in a remote area.
- Knowledge of pantry management.
- Honest and hard worker.
- Fluent in English.

DRILLER / FIELD ASSISTANT (DFA)

- Male, age 20 - 30 years old.
- High school Degree.
- Experienced as Driller in mining company (preferably from metal base mining company).
- Have a knowledge to operate Drilling Rig.
- Understand of coreshed management.
- Willing to work in a remote area.
- Honest and hard worker.
- Fluent in English.

MECHANIC & ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE (MEM)

- Male age 25 - 35 years old.
- Diploma Degree in mechanic / electrical.
- Experienced as M/E Maintenance in mining company (preferably from metal base mining company).
- Willing to work in a remote area.
- Knowledge of Workshop management.
- Honest and hard worker.
- Fluent in English.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (FAS)

- Male Female age 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting (AK).
- Experienced as Finance in mining company (preferably from metal base mining company).
- To be stationed in Jakarta with some traveling.
- Female with MYOB / Account Comp Program.
- Fluent in English.
