PT, Sakti Mas Mulia, is the Independent Power Producer, Power Plant Contractor and Transmission & Distribution Contractor. We have projects at area Ambon, Bintan, Menado, Bau-Bau. We are seeking for the qualified candidates to fill the below position with requirements.

1. PROJECT SCHEDULING

• Male / Female with max. age is 35 years old
• Education background Bachelor of Engineering ( S1 Civil, Mechanical, Electricity Engineering ) from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2,8
• Max. age 35 years old
• Working experience min. 3 year experience in projects or field.
• Technical Skills :
- Excellent in read Engineering drawings for all discipline ( Civil, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrument )
- Understand and know about Project Management (including estimation, scheduling)
- Understand and know about Construction techniques

• Software skills :
- Able to operate Microsoft Offices ( MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. Power Point, MS. Access )
- Mandatory able to operate Primavera ( preferable having Primavera certificate )
- MS Project

• Others :
- Good team work
- Good communication
- Good / active in English and Mandarin
- Hard worker and high motivation
- Can work under pressure and tight target
- Willing to work at site

2. PROCUREMENT OFFICER

• Male or Female, with max. age is 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in all majoring, preferable Electro Engineering with min. IPK 2,8
• Min. 3 year experiences in the field of procurement, preferable Power Plant Construction
• Possess of strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good networking, good communication, high motivation, neat, accurate, responsible and responsive
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must. Ability in Mandarin is advantage
• Willing to work under pressure

3. CIVIL / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

• Male / Female, max. age is 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s Degree or Bachelor s degree in Engineering- Civil, Mechanical or Electrical with minimum IPK 2,8
• Fresh Graduate or Experienced
• Excellent in Autocad and MS Office
• Hardworking, proactive, good team work, flexible
• Willing to work at site ( Bau-Bau, Ambon, Bintan )

4. SITE MANAGER

• Male, max. age is 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s degree in Engineering - Civil
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Expertise in Power Plant Construction
• Expertise in HSE ( Health Safety Environment ) and Piping Plan

5. SECRETARY

• Female, max. age is 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s degree in Secretarial with min. IPK 2,8
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Good in secretarial job and administration
• Communicate in English both oral and written, Mandarin is advantage
• Good computer literature
• Creative, Fast learner, Hardworker

6. CONTRACT RISK & MANAGEMENT ANALYST

• Male / Female, max age is 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s degree in Law faculty
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 years experience in related field
• Familiar with MS Office
• Understanding the content of contract or agreement

7. ADMIN PROJECT

• Female, max. age is 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s degree / Bachelor s degree with Majoring Mandarin Language / Literature with min. IPK 2, 8
• At least 1 – 2 years experiences
• Familiar with MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

8. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

• Male & Female, max age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in accounting or finance with min. IPK 2,8
• Have minimal of 3 years experience in accounting and finance
• Must have knowledge in both accounting and finance
• Knowledge in taxation is a plus
• Proficiency in English language
• Accurate, responsible, hard-working and have leadership skill
• Good in administrative job, organized and efficient
• Able to work under pressure and highly initiative

9. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF

• Male & Female, max age 35 years old
• Minimum SMK, Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with min. IPK 2,8
• Have min. 10 years experience for SMK degree and min. 2 years experience for Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Familiar with MS Office
• Proficiency in English language
• Familiar with Tender Processing
• Have experience in joining Pre Bid Conference
• Have ability in preparing Contract Documents
• Can work under pressure and tight target
• Good communication, high motivation, dynamic and pro active

10. HSE OFFICER

• Male with max age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Environmental Health with min. IPK 2,8
• Must have HSE/K3 Certificate
• Working Experiences at least 3 ( three ) years old in Power Plant Construction
• Familiar with MS Office
• Proficiency in English language
• Willing to work at site
• Good communication, dynamic and pro active
• Have ability to supervise and control the project especially for safety and health
• Can work and stand by at the site along the running project

Responsibilities:

* Your challenge is to handle risk engineering management for corporate sector, correctly and punctual in order to give useful recommendation in risk closing process. You are responsible of conducting surveys upon the subject matter of insurance and report the result to underwriting staff as consideration in acceptance of the subject matter of insurance. And in the end, your task is to develop the risk survey and help branch surveyor to do risk survey of special occupation/object. You also have to give recommendation to improve standard of operation and systems those are related with risk management.
