Sourcing Manager (SM): Vacancy Three (3) personnel

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Promotes the name at Peabody in the Indonesian coalmining industry
- Finding new opportunities of coal sources and mines in East Kalimantan
- Assisting Contracts Departments for contracts Management
- Assisting Government Relationship Officers for local Government relations

Requirements
- A Male or Female Indonesian National
- Having worked in the coal-mining companies / coal-mining industry services, previously working for CCOW companies would be a preference, for at least five (5) years
- Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft 0ffice
- Background of either a mining engineering or geology discipline would be preferred
- Willing to travel extensively between Jakarta and Kalimantan
- Currently located of station between Jakarta or Kalimantan depending on company decision upon hiring

Field Manager (FM): Vacancy Three (3) personnel

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Promotes the name of Peabody in the Indonesian coalmining industry
- Assisting Sourcing Manager for inspection of mines and mining and operating plans of a coalmine
.- Assisting Barge and Shipping Logistics Manager to inspect and review and check the operating plans.

Requirements
- A Male or Female Indonesian National
- Having worked in the coal-mining companies / coal-mining industry services, previously working for CCOW companies would be a preference, for at least five (5) years
- Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background of either a mining engineering or geology discipline is a MUST
- Willing to travel extensively between Jakarta and Kalimantan
- Currently located of station between Jakarta or Kalimantan depending on company decision upon hiring

Barging and Shipping logistics Manager (BSLM)- Vacancy Three (3) personnel

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Promotes the name of Peabody in the indoncsian coalmining industry
- Managing. monitoring and controlling the movement of coal shipments between coalmines and anchorages and /or mother vessels and/or barges
- Assisting Government Relationship Officers for the local Government relations related to the sea and land transportation

Requirements
- A Male or Female Indonesian national
- Having worked in the coal-mining companies / coal-mining industry services, previously working for CCOW companies would be a preference on the similar scope of work / related works, for at least five (5) years
- Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background of either a mining engineering or geology discipline would be preferred
- Willing to travel extensively between Jakarta and Kalimantan
- Currently located of station between Jakarta or Kalimantan depending on company decision upon hiring.

Reports to Supply Chain Director, the candidate is responsible to:

* Support and manage C&B schemes of employees in line with Company regulations and HR policies

Sourcing Manager (Code: SM)
Reports to Supply Chain Director, the candidate is responsible to:

* Analyzes supplier markets and leverages analyses to identify new opportunities for driving cost savings
* Negotiates key commercial terms and stands up to suppliers; yet skillfully knows when and how to close contracts
* Apply world-class sourcing processes - supplier evaluation, selection and performance reporting, contract negotiation, price inflation management, and net total cost savings metrics.
* Develops supplier and supply options
* Obtains signoff of technical specifications
* Prepares RFPs & manages bidding process
* Robust and proactive communication process for issues, strategy options & supply risk.
* Drive supplier quality improvement and accountability
* Implement and manage Contractor Safety Management

General Requirements:

* Must possess at least Bachelor degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in business, management, engineering eg industrial.
* Minimum 5 – 8 years experiences in purchasing or supply chain preferable in cement industry.
* In-depth understanding of Services business.
* Leadership skills, facilitation skills, analytical skills, training skills, and global mindset are all required.
* Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to interface up and down the organization
* Contractor Safety Management preferred
* Experience in a multi local environment
* Good managerial & negotiation skills
