1. Senior Project Superintendent

Key Accountabilities

- Lead, deliver and role model compliance with the Companies Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan, developing that plan in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and in line with the Emeco Occupational Health and Safety Management framework and proactively managing all safety and related issues to achieve zero harm
- Provide a prioritized maintenance service for the Emeco rental fleet, delivered in such a way to enhance Emeco s reputation in the mining community and ensure that machine presentation and availability levels meet “Best Practise” industry standards
- Control all field service and project sites to achieve quality, contractual, safety, customer and financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of key scheduling and monitoring activities including daily planning schedules, Work Order Number management and the Work in Progress account for field service and project sites is kept up to date by leading and coaching our employees
- Ensure a high level of compliance with all Emeco policies, procedures, standards and processes ensuring that documentation is maintained in order to protect the company s assets and provide accountability through effective history records
- Develop a close and effective link with the Maintenance and Asset Department Managers to ensure all business objectives are continually reviewed and maintained and to provide support to achieve national business goals
- Participate in and where appropriate lead a range of management and employee meetings specified by the Rental Manager and/or Maintenance Manager, ensuring that employees receive appropriate proactive communication that will provide them with direction and clarity about the business
- Coach, lead and develop employees within the field service and projects sections providing direction on their roles, accountabilities and activities and ensuring that they receive feedback on their contribution to the business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Effective business development resulting in Emeco growth;
- Developing strong professional relationships with key clients;
- Meeting sales revenue and financial targets;
