PT. Reswara Minergi Hartama, is subsidiary of ABM Investama (under Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) that was formed on 19th October 2010, and is positioned as a sub-holding integrated coal-mine company. We owns 99.99% of PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), a medium-sized coal mine concession; and also owns 99.99% of PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (PBR), a seaport terminal that is currently in the completion stage. We also owns 70% shares of PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) that fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under the name PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency, and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) that operates in the Meureboe district.

3. MINE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT & SUSTAINABILITY ENGINEER

GENERAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Analyze and translate geological Information provided by exploration team for effective mine planning and quality control (1)
- Liaising with both the site operations planning teams and the strategic mine planning team (1)
- Ensuring systems and behaviors are developed within the Development area which achieve: continual improvement in safety, volume and cost objectives (2)
- Contribute to evaluating business opportunities to result in the creation of business cases supporting the development of the projects (2)
- Contribute to the business unit operations improvement strategy by identifying, leading and supporting projects particularly where the benefit is delivered across multiple sites (2)
- Preparation of cost and resources plans to be used in the preparation of operating budgets. (2)
- Lead, coordinate and support improvement initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence (3)
- Provide support, guidance and assistance in all matters related to process safety including management of change, risk assessment, hazops, operations excellence and corporate auditing. (3)
- Contribute for designing and implementing the required programs to effectively manage process safety and risk (3) - Site visits as required (1,2,3)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor of science Degree in Mining or Geology
- Fresh graduate or with experience maximum 5 years
- Good understanding of mining supply chain
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
- Experience and relevant qualifications to conduct audits and inspections and develop appropriate action plans
- Knowledge of Minescape, XPAC, and Surpac software is an advantage
- Highly interpersonal, influential, motivated and outcome orientated person
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)

• Min. D3 graduate from mechanical engineering background with 5 years experience in light truck, such as Mercedes Benz, Volvo, MAN, or Iveco truck or STM graduate with 8 years experience in Maintenance area (no. 8 and 9)
• Min. University graduate from instrumentation engineering with 5 years experience in instrumentation field with more or less 3 years experience in PLC programming (no. 10)
• Min 5 years experience in trouble shooting and faultfinding in the field (no. 10)
• Holds Second Class Blaster certificates (no. 1,2 and 5)
• Preferably have experience in blasting activity or similar field for minimum 3 years (no. 1-2)
• Must hold a valid KIM (no. 5)
• 1-2 years experience in blasting industry. Fresh graduate with good academic record are welcome to apply (no. 4)
• Holds POP certificate (no. 1 and 2)
• Holds POP certificate is preferable (no. 4)
• Boiler operation certificate, SIM B2 and SIO Forklift are required (no. 6)
• Having Driving License SIM A is a must for all position
