Responsibilities:
* Executing recruitment process, conducting employment test and interview
* Maintaining recruitment data, training and other HR functions such as leave administration, employee personal data, etc
* Coordinating with other departments on hiring process
Requirements:
* Male, age 25-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
* Has at least 2 years in of working experiences in similar position
* Ready to work at HO Jakarta
Civil Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Managing and monitoring the construction process
* Analyzing and controlling the implementation of instruction design
* Conduct budget construction and control the implementation
* Report the construction progress to superior
Requirements:
* Male, 25-35 years
* Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
* Experience at least 2 years in Civil Supervisor
* Expert in civil works of mechanical soil removal (earth works), roads, bridges and infrastructure
* Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), AutoCad 2004, MS Project, email, etc
* Ready to work site area
