District Sales Manager (Palu and Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.
* Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business.
* Work closely with the country management team to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
* Lead, coach and monitor sales team by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
* Make sure that all sales activities complied with related policy and regulations.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Computer, Microsoft Office, Internet.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in pesticide industry.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Palu or Balikpapan.
* Strong drives to lead, coach, and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales.
