3. Print out the contract, circulating and getting approval from Business Line, register all Main Contract Documents with Owner, Contract with Subcontractor and Vendor to Business Line Contract Registration List in order to provide contract administration support.

4. Prepare and monitor all administrative activities and liaise with Mining Department Secretary, Corporate Commercial Personnel Administration, Procurement officer or Buyer at Business Line and Project Site Team including handle all communications to and from the commercial and organize meeting within the Procurement section in order to maintain all administrative activities within the Commercial section.

5. Monitor life time of the all contracts and reporting all outstanding Contracts process every Friday in order to maintain contract validity.

• Male / Female, max. 25 years old
• Undergraduate degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance Management / Public Relation / Corporate Secretary
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
• Good understanding about capital market and public relation skill
• Good personality and networking, initiative, high motivation and communication skill

Secretary

• Female, max. 30 years old
• Degree in Secretary / Public Relation from reputable university
• Good Korean is an advantage
• Able to make any reports and taking notes properly
• Good knowldge about shipping industry is an advantage
• Good personality, attractive, well attitude, and dressed
