Mining Supervisor
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in supervising all mining activties in fields / pit
- Assist in production Schedulling to meet production commitment
- Supervise field / pit activities of contractors and personell
- Assist in supervising all aspects of material quality control from pit to stockpile & process plant
- Manage the safety and environment performance of contractor personnel in area of responsibility
- Liaise with related department with regards to schedulling issues
- Supervise and give a training to crews
- Having 5 years experience in mining industry and similar position
- Mature and having strong leadership
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill
- Willing to work under pressure and very tight line
Mine Technical Superintendent
Job descriptions :
- Design and prepare the pit's drilling and blasting plan to optimize drill, determine short term digging sequence and contribute to the effective operation of the site
- Manage the short/medium to long term mine planning functions to comply with the board context statement and to maximize net present value of the resources/reserves
- Review and analyze system, projects, equipments selections and operations and monitor performance againts budget and plans
- Monitor the operational divisions and their compliance with the mine plan, track actual againts plan and suggest techniques for achieving compliance
- Recommend business improvement and technologies upgrade to the management
- Plant implement and evaluate explosive requirements to determine stock requirements and achieve blasting target within time, production and financial parameters
- Keep up to date with work issues, monitor the effectiveness of the department and the employees/tools used, maximize efficiencies and recommend improvement
- Transfer technical skill to subordinate staff and to continue their development
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience 10 years and prove skills in mine planning
- Candidate must possess at least an S1 degree in Mining
- At least 5 years in Mine Technica Superintendent Level
- Understanding of production sequences and requirements
- Excellent interpesonal and communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
