Operations Support Manager
Requirements :

• University graduate in Engineering
• At least 5 years working experiences in relevant industries with knowlege of quality fundamental for strategy and planning
• Having at least 2 years experience on operation management
• Previous exposure in certification business or services industries as operation manager will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, good analytical and technical skills, team player and good interpersonal skill
• Employs effective questioning and listening techniques
• Highly organized works to schedule, seeks and acts on feedback related to work performance
• Excellent presentation and (oral & written) communication skills
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Willing to work under pressure to meet the company objectives

Business Development Executive
Requirements :

• D3 or university graduate majoring in marketing management or related field
• At least 2 years working experiences in service industry, preferably in Certification Body for management system (ISO 9001, etc.) or management consultant
• At least 2 years in similar position
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to travel in Indonesia region
• Pleasant personality with wide network
• Willing to do some telemarketing task
• Able to drive car and having dirving license is preferred
