Customer Service Manager (CSM)
- Manage and supervise a team customer service representative
- To ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained including prompt response to customers feedback or concerns
- Responsible for monthly customer service matrix
- Able to present issues with reccommended solutions
- Ensure compliance to company's business conduct and policies
- Servicing existing key account customers whilst continuing growing the sales
- Source and develop new sales opportunities with current and new customers
- Work closely with key customers on end-user product development
- Support and contribute actively to company's growth programs
Requirements :
BOTH POSITIONS :
- Degree or Dilpoma holder
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer literate especially words and excel
- MNC experience is preferred
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
- At least 2 years experience in managing a team of staff
SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales
- Possess driving license A
