PPIC ASSISTANT
Responsibilities : include maintaining a good coordination with relevant divisions/departments, in order to have the product picked up in time. This covers maintaining materials requirement planning (MRP), following up open orders, preparing export data for container booking. Ensure the availability of material components so production process can be executed without delay.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities : include managing the Plant Warehouse so it is functioning well and in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP). In this function, he/she will supervise export process which includes checking physical condition of the container, coordinating of finished goods, and handling documents. Maintaining & coordinating warehouse daily routines; those are staff attendance & performance, reporting, accuracy of materials & finished goods, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Your qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology. Minimum of one year experience in similar position. Having extensive knowledge in PPIC & Warehousing system. Personal of assertiveness and management skill, possess time management ability, planning and problem solving, excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skill both Indonesian and English. Maximum of age: 28 years.
