Regional Marketing Service Manager [RMSM]
Job-description:
The Marketing and Service Manager will direct advertising and promotional programs throughout Asia Pacific to provide maximum market exposure to Nutreco’s Products. Among others he/she will be responsible for advertising & media planning, promotion & direct marketing programs, events & exhibitions and market research/competitive intelligence. He/She will coordinate internal communications regarding marketing goals and provide service and support to the sales team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and very closely communicating with the Business/Marketing managers Premix and additives, he/she will be engaged in :
Design / coordinate the design or translation of communication materials (brochures, leaflets, advertisements, promotional materials, direct marketing, etc.)
• Coordination of external media providers to orchestrate advertising in industry magazines and internet sources (including editorial opportunities).
• Plan and organize Nutreco’s presence at trade shows, exhibitions and event to generate sales leads, promote Nutreco’s market leadership and and name recognition.
• Translate commercial goals in to marketing communications plans; generate and evaluate new and innovative ideas for (e)-advertising, promotion and other promotional tools.
• Implement, manage, enforce andmonitor Customer Relation Management systems.
• Conduct Market research and market analyses to identify market opportunities and provide the sales team with up to date information. Conduct competitor research and profiling.
Candidate profile:
• At least Bachelor degree, with background in business marketing and market research.
• At least 3 years experience in marketing & market research, preferably in a blue Chip MNC.
• Experience in Business to business marketing. A combination with advertising / other services / PR or market-research background preferred.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, Motivating, Creative and good team player
• Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relation Management) programs / software
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English (verbal and written)
