Regional Business Development Manager (G&G Software) (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
This position will encompass Pre- Sales Technical presentation, networking and marketing Application soft wares and resourcing services of our company to the Indonesian O&G Industry and global market place.
Developing relationships, securing repeat business, your main focus is to specify our range of application software products and pick up the enquiries in Indonesia and the region. If you are self-driven, self-motivated and able to work under pressure then I want to see your CV!
We are only looking for a confident and pro-active candidate, who is willing to always go the extra mile, want to see the bottom lines, meeting KPIs and the numbers.
• Total Business Initiatives, profit loss of regional offices relevant to the products under your wing.
• Manages the technical and commercial aspect and securing supply contracts for the company
• Reporting to the head Office and coordination with the various countries offices,
• You will analyze client’s needs and special challenges and strategize appropriate solution
• You will Develop and manage long-term strategic client relationships- making sales and market analysis and formulating competitive assessment.
• You must be a good communicator reporting regularly to regional & head office.
Apart from management capability, we expect you to be hands on business development person at the onset, keeping abreast of market intelligence and Oil & Gas industry developments.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
