1. Plant Engineer (Balikpapan based)
Qualification :
* Have 2 -3 years experience in mining industry at the same role.
* Bachelor Degree S1 in mechanical engineering,
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have excellent communication skill
2. Maintenance supervisor (Balikpapan based)
Qualification :
* Min. trade qualifications in mechanical discipline
* Have 10 years exp in trade, currently in maintenance supervisory role, preferably in mining industry.
* Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
* Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
* Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
* Strong leadership skill and people management
3. Workshop superintendent (South Kalimantan & North Sumatra site based)
Qualification :
* Min. trade qualifications in mechanical discipline
* Have 10 years experience in trade
* Have 5 years experience in supervising a team of mechanics in repairing and maintaining heavy earth moving equipment.; in-depth understanding of the overall budget and long term plans for the equipment at the project.
