RECEPTIONIST
a.Education :
• Bachelor degree in Public Relations or English Literature or Hotel & Tourism
b.Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work well under pressure and during busy times
• Available to work any work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good organization skills
• Friendly and caring approach
• Sensitivity when dealing with clients
• High level of organization and ability to multi task
• Precise attention to detail and good IT skills
• Indonesian citizen
c. Experience
• Previous experience in hotel reception or similar industry is preferred but not essential
• The position is a challenging and rewarding role and deals with many facets of the hospital business.The reception is an important role to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hospital.
