HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT GENERAL MANAGER (HGM – 11)
REQUIREMENTS :
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and or Master's Degree, fluently in spoken and & written English
• At least 3 (three) years experience in the same position or 9 (nine) years in managerial level in palm oil plantation (preferable)
• Having experience working with multinational companies is advantage
• Have knowledge and skills to handle Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Training and people development area
• Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities, good interpersonal and communication skills to people at all level of the organization , honest, target oriented, and high analytical skill
• Able to maintain good relationship with the other related party
• Honest, discipline, well-mannered
• Willing to travel
AUDIT STAFF (AST – 11)
REQUIREMENTS
• Male, minimum 23 years of age
• Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring in Accounting / Finance Management
• Minimum 3 years experienced in related field
• Placement in Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Banjarbaru or Pontianak
TAX SENIOR MANAGER (TSM – 11)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax Compliance
• Manage the relationship with key tax authorities and act as the liaison person with the Tax Office / Tax Agent / Government Authority on tax compliance and tax planning review and advice
• Review all submission to the Tax Office prepared by the group companies
• Review daily and monthly transactions attracting taxes
Tax Planning and Special Projects
• Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to source for information pertaining to tax planning initiatives, study of tax impact, tax audit, tax appeals and other special projects as applicable
• Prepare advice for senior management on the tax impact of tax planning initiatives or tax transactions undertaken
• Monitor the changes in tax law and tax best practices to continuously asses and manage the impact early
Tax Matters within Scope of Financial Reporting Standards
• Maintain status report of all outstanding cases as required for accounting and management reporting
• Review the tax provision in the financial statements to ensure that the tax impact is managed and adequate provision is made where necessary
• Monitor that the Indonesian companies tax affairs are conducted within the parameters of Sime Darby Berhad Group Policies and Procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• Male/female, minimum 35 years of age.
• S1/S2 majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable university.
• Tax knowledge relevant to plantation business environment is advantaged.
• Having tax consultant license is a must
• Minimum 8 years experience in same position.
• Placement in Jakarta and willing to travel to site.
