• Oversees all operations at the bar including staffing, employee schedules, event planning, and staff functions and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Acts as team leader and communicates food and beverage matters between bar staff and the assistant manager of the restaurant or nightclub. Though this could apply to a food buffet, as in food bar, this is generally a position which would apply to a skilled bartender with generally 1 or more years experience in drink mixology.

Responsibilities:
• You will be tasked to achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures such as vessels’ capex/conversion costs, revenues, forecast purchases of material, equipment and services, ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed to client/vendor.
• Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
• Preparation of cost report updates and report generation for review by Management.
• Performance of cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Management with project status, forecasts and definition of alternatives.
• Reporting with exposure to project accounting, risk analysis and management,contracts/commercial documentation understanding and administration.

• Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery

Responsibilities:
• To compile records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Compiles data from sources, such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
• Keeps back order file in established sequence and releases back orders for issue or shipment as stock becomes available.
• Compiles stock control records and information, such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
