Qualifications
- Diploma III degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Male/ female
- Minimum 6 months exerience as Customer Service
- And additional technical and administrative experience in customer service
- Having integrity, self confidence, attractive and thorough
- Able to work in teams and have good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English

- Melayani semua kegiatan transaksi non cash, penanganan keluhan nasabah, administrasi nasabah dan melakukan cross selling atas produk-produk BII secara keseluruhan kepada nasabah, untuk memberikan pelayanan dan informasi dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjamin kepuasan nasabah serta mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasional perbankan
