Finance & Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
• Position Summary:
Finance Manager is responsible for the establishment and management of the internal audit functions to ensure the protection of assets and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Responsibilities:
o Oversees the maintenance of all ledgers, journals and other accounting records of the company.
o Prepares detailed reports of income and expenditure monthly with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods, for Heads of Department and General Manager.
o Prepares profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for the Corporate Office.
o Assists in preparing budgets and in business planning which includes projected room revenue
o Reconciles bank statements.
o Reports bad debts and monitors cash flow statements.
o Plans, coordinates the production of financial/regulatory reports in conjunction with other finance staff.
o Examines and reviews financial and regulatory reports/statements to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
o Develops and oversees the production of internal reporting formats/standards.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 4-6 years of accounting experience.
• Competent in PC accounting software.
• Possess good management skills and problem solving skills
• Good leadership qualities and high sense of integrity.
• Self motivated, Able to function independently, Sharp

• Fresh Graduate from reputable International or excellent Indonesian University/Hotels School with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
