SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Diploma degree in equivalent from a reputable university.
• Male, Maximum age 35 years old.
• Min. 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies in Manufacturing.
• Developing and setting up sales programs strategy and action plans to achieve the sales and profit targets.
• Ensure outstanding execution of all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including advertising.
• Analyze, evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness for all sales program.
• Value and build trust with potential partners. Develop and maintain professional external relationships that meet the company core values.
• Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and market analysis.
• Self motivated and detail oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Familiar working in Japanese environment.
