Senior Chief Engineer
(Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and dealing with contractor, conduct building operations, solve any problem regarding to the engineering building system, supervise staff, budgeting, building improvement.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Familiar in Design, trouble shooting.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Engineer specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Property Management.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
