INDIRECT PROCUREMENT SUB DEPT HEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Fulfilling the need of good quality stuffs, tools and equipments for stores and distribution center
  • Monitoring and controlling of procurement process : quotation, negotiation with suppliers, purchase order verification, delivery and installation based on company’s procedures and policies
  • Create and develop coordination with suppliers in order to be able to provide good quality stuffs, tools and equipments
  • Coordinate with other department to solve procurement problems in stores and distribution center
PROFILE
  • Bachelor degree, with min 3 years experience as a procurement/purchasing manager

AREA MANAGERS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Area Manager oversees multiple stores in a specific region. The main target for an Area Manager is to maximize profits whilst minimizing costs. The Area Manager travels around to all stores in his or her assigned area and ensures that all standard operating practices are implemented. He or She ensures that all promotional programs, operational – and customer care standards are met.

ACTIVITIES:
  • Managing and motivating a team of store managers and associates to increase sales and ensure efficiency improvements
  • Implementing the company standards for quality, food safety and customer service
  • Conducting regular appraisals and performance reviews to improve the know-how and skills of the associates, identifying and developing the talents of all the associates in his or her area
  • Promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools and the community in general
  • Follow up on market trends in the retail industry: understanding forthcoming customer expectations and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  • Analyzing and interpreting store performance, sales volumes, profitability, productivity, inventories formulate and implement improvement plans
  • On a daily basis the area manager reports to and works together with the Division Head Operations on realizing the store objectives and deliverables

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Store Manager oversees all aspects of the store operations, supervises the store associates, manages inventory, merchandising activities and promotes Super Indo to his or her customers and community. The main target for a Store Manager is to maximize sales and profits of the store. The Store Manager ensures that all standard operating practices and customer care activities are implemented.

ACTIVITIES:
  • Managing and motivating a team of approximately 50 store associates, overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store
  • Implement the company initiatives to increase sales and efficiency

  • Search and identify potential and strategic business locations for supermarket chain while put into accounts the city master plan and other regulations related.
  • Manage and negotiate potential locations with various types of landlords and other government authorities related.
  • Manage the timing of new locations opening from essential points of issues; contract wise, license consideration, community acceptance, physical construction.
REQUIREMENTS
