Customer Service Center/ Call Center Supervisor - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure that customer service department service level are met / achieve department target
Requirements
- Min. S1 in any discipline
- Excellent English
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and skillful
- Posses good communication skills
- Having minimum 3 years experience as Call Center Supervisor
- Having experience in the same industry would be advantage
- Able to lead a team
- Able to join immediately

Conversion Account Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to gain new prospect customers through sales and service excellence, and also achieve target which is set under monthly basis.
Requirements
- S1 of any discipline with knowledge of transport business
- Excellent English (speaking and writing)
- Having sales experiences in the same industry is preferable, both of direct sales and telesales activities
- Aggressive in getting new customers
- Good presentation and computer skills, good interpersonal skill, communication and target oriented
- Having own car and driving license (SIM A) is a must. Please put your Car Police number and Driving License number in your CV
