HR Analyst - Malang
Responsibilities
- This position will assist the Ops HR Business Partner in analyzing data related to human resources functions and working closely with related parties, including: compensation, employee performance, workforce development and budgeting
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years experience in HR Analysis and project management experience.
- Having strong in analytical thinking, proactive and quick learner.
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having good in Excel and statistics.
