Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Finance Division and its activities that include financial accounting, cost and management accounting, credit control and taxation
• Budget planning, cash flow projections and reporting and all aspects of operational accounts
• Formulate and implement financial policies as well as internal control procedures
• Ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly/quarterly management reports and analysis business information
• Support the management with advice and information on financial performance data and analysis, accounting standards and requirements, legal and tax matters
• Compute & process all related payroll & taxation for the local and expatriate employees
• Carry out duties in accordance with company management policy, procedures and work instructions on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 7 years experience in Finance/Accounting, and at least 3 year experienced in coal mining company
• Good knowledge of general accounting principles and standards
• Good knowledge of general banking operation procedure
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skill, organizational, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Quick learner and self motivated
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

LEGAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

To maintain the secrecy, due diligence and legality for every corporate action (Facility Agreement from external or third party, IPO, Right Issue, Obligation Issue, Mutual Funds, etc), in order to comply with the existing law which need to be done by the company, subsidiary, or sister company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Law or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in managerial position in law firm or notary, and at least 3 year experienced in coal mining company
• Experience in handling merger and acquisition process
• Experience in mining, oil and gas industry is a must
• Experience in handling corporate action
• Has excellent knowledge in Bapepam and IDX regulations

HR Staff

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from job posting activity, selection and interview process, and psychological assessment reports
• Manage and coordinate all training activity, starting from training needs assessment, design training curriculums, executing training program, and evaluate training effectiveness
• Manage and coordinate all performance management activity, starting from distributing performance appraisal form, analyze and report performance appraisal recapitulation
• Improve the effectiveness of HR Business Process by evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to continuously improve HR Performance

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age max. 26 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Min. 1 year experience in the recruitment system and process, people development, developing and control for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Highly independent, honest, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedules and team player
• Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English; Expert Level skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Activities:

• Ensuring that Contractors are executing their Procurement, Expediting, and Logistics activities in accordance with Company s Contract requirement
• Implementation of related Internal Procedures, methodology, KPI reporting and Identification of resource requirements
• To ensure compliance with Company’s safety objectives within the scope of the Job Holders section
• To propose necessary modifications for improving Progress for all measurements related to Procurement and Expediting in contracts
• To support Project Team during tendering process for all matters related to Procurement and Expediting, where required
• To review and approve Coordination procedures from Company s contractors and PO suppliers related to Procurement and Expediting and to subsequently monitor their performance in order to endure maximum compliance to their procedures
• To develop internal Expediting Procedure plus other specific procedures within Module of Contracts and Procurement Management, as necessary
• To coordinate the implementation of procurement related procedure(s) in COMPANY
• To coordinate with Company s Logistics department as necessary
• To review with Project Control and Planning Engineer to ensure Procurement of Company’s contractor is performed within a proper schedule
• To develop associated KPI requirements
• To identify and report all procurement related risks during the course of a Project
• To coordinate with Company s certification inspection on Third Party Expediting and Inspection Services through the existing Inspection Services Contracts
• To update routinely and as necessary to Projects and COMPANY s Management
• To transfer information and expertise to subordinates and colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or similar education level related to the respective discipline
• 5 - 7 years experience in operation or project construction of oil and gas facilities in the area
• of project management
• Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills, computer literacy
• Ability to work on his/ her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
• Flexible and pro-active approach

About The Job

BHIT Oil, Gas & Mining Division – Mining Projects is currently in search of a Manager Exploration who believes they can add value through supporting the management of the owners team to successfully deliver capital projects. The project is in Sumatera and Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Reporting to the Project Director, General Manager Exploration will be responsible for managing drilling and other related data acquisition, validation and verification for various stakeholders to build a reliable geological database required for mine design and related engineer purposes. You will provide direction to the Exploration team and Contractors and Introduce BHIT Systems and procedures especially in respect of HSE that are consistent with best practice within BHIT. In the longer team you will be responsible for a strategy of exploration to maximize potential in line with the mineral/coal strategy and ensure that due diligence is given to the relinquishment requirements within the terms. This will include identifying the most promising opportunities including underground deposits.

About You:

You will have tertiary Geology qualifications and strong experience in coal exploration and development. You will also have had exposure to high coal analytical methods. An ability to understand regional and local geological conditions of the project area and proven experience with managing exploration programs in remote areas is essential. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER (SME)

Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedurs that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.

Requirements :

1. Min. bachelor degree in mining engineering
2. Min 6 years experiences as a mining engineer in open-cut mining
3. Fluent in English, written and verbal
4. Willing to be placed in all locations (Sumatera and Kalimantan)
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities :

1. Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the days work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report
2. Identify engineering problems, propose solution and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works
3. Review contractor specification, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporate in the works and the responsibilities allocated the project quality system and understood and implemented
4. Complete daily timesheet, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibilitity
5. Prepare data of real/technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose
6. Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support
7.Identity hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to a personnel and the environment

Geologist (GO)

• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• 0 - 5 years experience as Geologist
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
