Responsibilities
- Continuous mining & analysis of subscriber data to achieve deeper understanding of customer profiles, behavior, and needs.
- Present campaign monitoring result / business insight.
- Drive efficiency in CLM operations via continuous process improvement, campaign automation, and effective coordination with other functions.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong strategic & analytical skills.
- Strong SQL, SAS, Teradata and Macro Excel programming skills.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Fluent English speaking & writing.
