PM & CM Planner-Refinery
• Develop schedule and task list of activities Condition Monitoring Coordinating data-collecting and delivering the results of CM CM to Maintenance Support.
• Evaluate and menyusunan budget and material needs for the implementation of CM
• Propose and is responsible for Planning & Optimization Detail Man Power Usage, Materials, Tools, Cost and Time Works Maintenance CM to suppress the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) at a reasonable cost
• Responsible for the establishment Owner Estimate Scope Of Work, Bill Of Materials, Material Request Documents, Descriptions and Conditions of Employment for Employment Maintenance CM
• Ensuring Quality Plan within each Planning Preparation Work (Job Preparation) Maintenance CM Control-Backlog maintenance jobs CM
RE Engineer Non Process Area-Refinery
• Implement assessment rotating equipment, troubleshooting and Fault Tree Analysis
• Propose recommendations rotating equipment as standard, the condition of rotating equipment and operational needs
• Create a Quality Plan & conduct Quality Ctrl
• Conduct an assessment of the Failure Mode, define maintenance tasks and compiles a maintenance strategy and make suggestions about material procurement strategies and Operational Capital Spare Spare
• Identifying and recapitulate the problems that are repetitive rotating equipment and coordinate with the relevant sections to perform Root Cause Failure Analysis, Root Cause Problem Solving / Defect Elimination Management
• Conduct engineering review of the engineering document alteration or modification of equipment
Primary Process Plant Reliability Expert-Refinery
• Undertake analysis and evaluation of reliability and integration of Primary Processing Unit (UPP)
• Identify and evaluate the bottle neck surgery UPP Analyzing Mechanical Integrity Unit-UPP
• Identify and evaluate the readiness UPP
• Prepare early warning information and monitor the implementation of the UPP condition correction action
• Identify functional reliability of critical location based on parameters MTBF / Failure Rate Availability who have an impact on opportunity loss
• Perform analysis Availabilty Plant Factor (PAF) UPP Rail Plant & construct a model UPP Block diagram
• Conduct Plant Reliability Modeling and Reliability Index gaps between actual vs. target UPP
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of the failure of the UPP
RE O/H Planning Engineer-Refinery
• Set up Organization Overhaul & KPIs
• Plan and implement Scope includes Identify Risk Development Process, Collection of Internal Tasks, Scope & Freeze Challenge Process, Prepare Job List, Preparing BOM LLD Category
• Create a detailed planning rotating equip. (RE) includes Work Scope Analysis, Prepare Job Planning, Cost Estimation, O / H Schedule Preparation & Out Sourcing, Procurement Strategy, Budget Materials Alocation Arrival Scheduling
• Prepare detailed scheduling includes network & develop detailed schedule, optimisasion tools, equipment & heavy equipments, critical paths mgt
• Creating a contractor and vendor mgt
• Implement O / H execution & O / H post-execution
• Monitor Start-up Process
