* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Familiar with training need analysis, implementation, and evaluation
* Familiar with recruitment service (sourcing, testing and interview)
* Excellent in personality and communication (English & Bahasa)
* Having experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or another technical industry will be an advantage
