Jakarta Land was established in 1973 and operates 3 commercial office buildings Wisma Metropolitan I, Wisma Metropolitan II and The World Trade Centre in a secure development on Jalan Sudirman within Jakarta's golden triangle. This 800.000ft2 development is tenanted by some of Jakarta's most prestigious commercial tenants. Pt. Jakarta Land is a joint venture between Hongkong Land and Central Cipta Murdaya Group

PT. Jakarta Land is planning to employ a Senior Project Manager to manage the construction of a significant commercial development

Senior Project Manager

The successful applicant will report to the General Manager of PT. Jakarta Land and will be required to manage this project from conceptual design to occupancy. Considerable coordination skills are required to control the development process

The jobholder will based in the Wisma Metropolitan I office. Candidates should possess the following qualification and experience :

• A recognized professional degree in architecture or building related engineering
• 10 to 15 years post graduation experience with a proven track record of managing high quality commercial building projects
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with Bahasa Indonesia language skills a benefit
