Project Cost Engineer
(Seoul)
Requirements:
* Over 7 years of experiences in Oil/Gas & Power Plant project
* Understanding of overall project cost structure
* Knowledge of the cost engineering process
* Identify physical resources available to the project and determine and quantify resources needs using the work breakdown structure (WBS), scope statement, resource pool descriptions, historical information, and organizational policies
* Implement agreed financial management procedures and processes to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs
* Develop and maintain a scope control/change order practice on projects
* Develop high-level budget by developing cost benefit analysis, identifying budget constraints, and developing business case
* Understanding of accounts receivables and their collection
* Develop project cash flow projections including projections of both committed and expected costs for the project
