Allianz Apprentice Program (AAP) is one year program which provides you with comprehensive training as well as on the job training and leadership development. You will have the opportunity to be rotated to various related functions and to enhance your capability. By joining this program, you will be expected to gain in-depth understanding of the culture and the business process. AAP will provide you promising fast track career path.
• University Graduated Bachelor or Master Degree
• Age Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor or 27 years old for Master (on 1 February 2011)
• GPA/IPK minimum 3 (scale of 4)
• Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL - Min. 500 and its equivalency for TOEIC/ TOEFL CBT/ TOEFL iBT/ IELTS)
• Active in campus or other organization is a MUST
• Willing to be relocated to any Allianz Offices
• Maximum working experience 2 years
