Import Officer (code: IO)
(Jakarta Raya - Cakung Cilincing - Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
• To handle import document for Custom Clearance Process
• To make Custom Clearance Process report
• To handle invoice from PPJK
• To prevent import process lateness
• To make import activity documentation
Requirements:
• Male, Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position.
• Have knowledge about Import is a must.
• Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier.
• Have knowledge about Harmonize System Code (HS Code).
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
• Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship.
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest.
• Job location: head office (Jakarta)
Finance & Accounting Manager (code: FAM)
(Jakarta Raya - Cakung Cilincing, North Jakarta)
Requirements:
• Male, Single
• Max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting (S1)
• Minimum 5 (Five) years experience in the same position.
• Have work experience in public accounting firm (KAP).
• Well understanding about Finance & Accounting matters.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
• Good skill in communication, good numerical skill, smart, potential team leader.
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest.
