Requirements
- Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree from reputable University
- Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 for Bachelor and minimum 3.25 out of 4.00 for Master
- Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor and maximum 27 years old for Master
- Having systematic communication skill
- Having good analytical thinking
- Highly motivated
- Able to work in a team
- Free of illegal drugs
- Not married and not willing to marry during education process
- Willing to be placed in any BCA branches throughout Indonesia
- Willing to undergo the service bond after completed the education period
- Passed in the selection test
