Purchasing Executive (Jakarta)l
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
• To plan and update the appropriate MRP parameters promptly according to material movements as well as maintaining stock level within responsible areas (by product family) to meet inventory objectives.
• Purchasing of Direct / Indirect materials based on MRP requirements and requisitions from other departments and ensures all documents in relation to respective purchases are properly kept for traceability.
• Update order acknowledgement in to SAP system for delivery monitoring purpose and subsequently, follow up closely with vendors on the timely dispatch/arrival of cargoes in warehouse
• Coordinate with respective departments on inbound schedules regarding the direct/indirect materials. Filing and distribution of respective shipping documents to Logistics department to facilitate goods receiving activities.
• Check & verify correctness of invoices submitted by vendor and forwarding the same for approval by management.
• To minimize delivery delays and reduce lead-time of delivery to customers according to inventory objectives.
• Reviews and verifies purchase request submitted by requisitioning departments for Maintenance, Repairs and Operational supplies (MRO) items.
• Review and evaluate suppliers’ performance in areas of price, quality and delivery conformance.
• Handle claims with vendors related to quality incidents and non conformance material.
• Supervising and monitoring of all incoming forwarders invoices billed on all freight and handling charges versus what we have been quoted or agreed and updating of these charges and all other duties and taxes in SAP system
• Liaise with freight forwarders on the shipping matters, cost negotiation and clearance process of all incoming shipments and also ensure timely arrival of cargoes.
• Assisting sales team in sourcing from AVL for products which cannot be produced by our own factory and prepare costing file accordingly
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor in any relevant business studies
• Min. 2 years experience working experience in Purchasing & Inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English mandatory
• SAP literate is an added advantage

PPIC Executive (Bitung, Tangerang)
(Banten - Bitung, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that MRP data in material masters are maintained accurately
• Review and issue job orders to production based on requirement dates in order to meet customer's requirement dates.
• Provide confirmation date to sales team for individual sales order based on production plan and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Ensure that semi-finish goods inventory are kept at optimal level. This includes all SF in warehouse and also production storage location.
• Monitor and include capacity of machines into weekly or monthly production plan
• Review and control daily job order list and follow up closely with production shift manager or shift supervisors to ensure JOs are completed timely. In case of any foreseeable delay, inform sales team of new dates promptly but to take necessary actions to reduce the delays.
• Reschedule of job orders when necessary to improve productivity or reduce cost but without impacting customer's order.
• Working closely with PDC, QA to organize sample production required for new product or type testing or certification purpose.
• Review and update material routing in system based on changes to production capacity
• Monitor production progress and report daily to Plant Manager and General Manager
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Min. 3 years work experience in PPC department with 1 years in supervisory role
• SAP literate is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
• Supervision all activity of section on PDC "Product Design - Certification, Costing & Laboratory" and initiate continuous improvement activities.
• Responsible for generating monthly report of quality performance PDC Dept.
• Analyze the customer inquiry; check cable standard applied / Customer spec. need of the cable
• Coordinate & check the activity from preparation; material calculation - BOM Entry - Standard (approval sheet for customer & Work Instruction for production) - Basic cost of product.
• Coordinate Reporting of engineering change material/product/Type Test refer to Quality Plan Product.
Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Engineering or it's equivalent
• Min 1 years relevant experience in Design Product, preferably in cable design
• Experience in project management and ISO will be an advantage
• Understand the Quality Management System (ISO)
• Understand the laboratory testing equipment for cable manufacture
• Experience in Internal Audit System will be advantage
• Able to operate MS Excel & Autocad 2D
• SAP literate is an added advantage
• Mature & able to communicate & work with staff at all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English mandatory
