TEAM MANAGER MAKASSAR
Key Responsibilities :
- The Team Manager will oversee and drive, all Prospecting Activity, Presentation and Booking Reports.
- The Team Manager will be responsible for hitting his team targets as part of the overall Area Target, working with the Area Manager to ensure that all reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly is delivered through a set company reporting system.
- Responsible for the recruitment and training of Sales Consultants through Monthly Training Seminars and the use of Personal Recruitment Channels.
- Will work with the Area Manager to produce a constant flow of new recruits into the Sales Team.
- The Team Manager will attend weekly Saturday morning meeting to review Activity Reports, Booking Reports, together with Completed Data Forms.
- Salary On Target earning US$1500 per month.
Essensial Requirements :
- Must be educated to College or University Standard.
- Be well groomed and professional in their approach to business.
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader.
- Experience of managing a direct sales team of 10+ people.
- Must have experience of working in a high pressure target driven environment.
- A proven track record of working under pressure whilst consistently achieving targets set.
- Must understand the importance of accurate on time sales reports.
- Must have worked in a fast moving start up environment and been responsible for recruitment, training and motivation of key mid level management and direct sales staff.
- Minimum 25 Years Old
