Sales Compensation Manager (Insurance) Jakarta , Indonesia
We are currently working with one of the leading insurance in Indonesia. For its Life Insurance division, we are seeking for the best talents for the position of Sales Compensation Manager. We are looking for visionary potential candidates with attention-to-detail attitude.
- Responsible for P & L analysis and reports for the related division
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders to execute detailed remuneration and compensation for the outside agents.
- Effective in accounting-related tasks
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the programs implemented
- Maintain good communications with the external agents.
Job Requirements
- Holds at least bachelor degree in Accounting major or any other related fields
- Having at least 5 years of experiences in statistics-related field
- Ability to operate Microsoft Access is mandatory
- Able to provide P & L for the management
- Possess good leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Sound knowledge and experience in budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
