Manager - Strategic Business Unit - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide Strategic Initiative projects
- Manage project team as well as Strategic Business Transformation (SBT) team
- Translate business objectives to strategic initiative implementation plan
- Provide update, recommendation to solve roadblocks and risk mitigation plans to Senior Management
- Drive for business impacts
Requirements
- Strong intellectual capacity
- Confident and have strong presence, especially when required to present to Senior Management, including the BOD
- Ability to articulate confidently and clearly
- Ability to dissect issues in structured manner
- Strong business acumen
- Solid, general understanding of Telecommunication Network (no need to have deep understanding in Network, but understand how the Network works)

Manager – Corporate Strategy - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible of ensuring that all strategic information for near & long term business strategy is available for top level management’s decision making purposes by delivering industry outlook, most-likely scenarios, & potential implications based on analysis on company performance, industry/market development, & competitors activities to improve company’s competitive edge and better meet the changes and challenges in the industry environment.
- Ensure that information and guidance for top level management’s decision making on strategic alternative scenarios & business implications to achieve & promote faster realization of the company strategic priorities is available
- Manage the development of short to medium term strategic market/ business guidance to Regions & Functional Dept for business improvement
- Ensure that 3-year roadmap on company strategic business imperatives is available with considerations of regulatory landscape, technology development, market & business dynamics, regional synergy, & company propositions
- Ensure a smooth coordination and liaison with related departments to develop annual business plan
- Manage subordinates’ performance and development
- Ensure a continuous strategic market analysis
- Manage the development of recommendation on opportunities for the company to better its positioning in the market
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Reporting to Sales Manager (for Banking & Financial accounts), you are responsible to:
- Achieving revenue of corporate sales target by developing effective sales strategy
- Maintaining relationship with current customers and their recurring revenue by developing effective account strategy
- Exploring customer needs and developing the solution
- Developing and maintaining re-seller and partner
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably from Telecommunication Engineering
- 3 years experience in sales field or has passion in sales
- Knowledge of GSM and Non GSM products
- Understanding of Sales strategy and Account Management
- Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
- Possess customer orientation perspective
