Job and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to recruitment, training, industrial relationship, General Affair, Personal Admin, payroll, Customer Service, and other matters to support store operation.
Qualifications
- Male/ Female, max. 28 years old
- Height: Male min. 168 cm, Female min. 158 cm, with proportional weight
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource/ Law from reputable University (GPA ≥ 2,75). Experience in recruitment, training, industrial relationship, General Affair, Personal Admin, and payroll would be an advantage
- Good appearance, strong analytical & leadership potential with exceptional interpersonal skill
- Good in English and computer literate
- Not colour blind
- Willing to work in shift and to be placed in Cirebon
Store Supervisor for Cirebon (Code: SS - CIREBON)
Job and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for sales achievement and managing inventory, shrinkage, people, and other matters related to the store operation area.
Qualifications
- Male/ Female, max. 28 years old
- Height : Male min. 168 cm, Female min. 158 cm, with proportional weight
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable University (GPA ≥ 2,75). Experience in the similar position would be an advantage
- Good appearance, strong analytical & leadership potential with exceptional interpersonal skill
- Good in English and computer literate

Qualifications
- Min. S1 Degree in Law from reputable University, GPA > 2.75
- Min. 1 year experience handling Industrial Relation or Legal.
- Good knowledge in Labor Law and its implementation
- Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate.
- Willing to travel and be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
