HR Admin - Surabaya

Responsibilities

  • Assisting HR RM in administering HR system and maintaining staff related records.
  • Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintaining and developing the filing system
  • Assisting HR RM in preparing a variety of data, information and reports
  • Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
  • Administering the performance of management system.
  • Assisting HR RM in organizing the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements
  • Location: Surabaya.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Having experience with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand comprehensive information.
  • Good communication skill
  • Integrity and friendly approachability.
