Relationship Manager - Personal Banking
Responsible for personally managing a customer portfolio, including indentifying and satisfying customer needs, and delivering appropriate strategies, products and services to meet these. You will also be responsible for growing the business through new customer acquisition. Minimum 3 years banking experience and preferably holds WAPERD and AAJI certificationEssential requirements :

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Branch Manager and Head of Wealth Management Indonesia, this role will be responsible for understanding customer needs; actively educating existing and potential customers about Investment & Insurance products; growing sales of Investment & Insurance products to qualified customers; development of ongoing customer relationship and service.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business / Management / Commerce / Finance /Accounting / Economics is a pre-requisite for this role.
• Demonstrated sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets is essential for this role.
• Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products is another key requirement.
• In addition to the above the ideal candidate would need to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels, wealth management services, processes, systems, policies and operations.
• The role would also require you to possess the ability to think and communicate clearly. Ability to build relationships and networks with demonstrated success in developing a new customer base, and deep customer relationships is another essential requirement.

CHIEF RISK OFFICER (Code : CRO)
CRO will be accountable for the overall development and leadership of the Risk function and for ensuring the financial and reputational integrity of the ANZ Panin group of business through the effective treatment and migration of risks - (Credit, Operational, Technology, Market, Strategic and Compliance)

• Tertiary qualification
• Executive management experience in the Financial Sector
• Experience in a senior Risk role
• Extensive experience in a Corporate & Institutional Credit Risk approval
