PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.
PT Agincourt Resources is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:
Industrial Hygiene Senior Supervisor (HSE-0982)
This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Health Services Superintendent.
Key aspect of this role are:
• Responsible for Industrial Hygiene monitoring and control activities including assisting Mining, Processing and Services Department to carry out their activities in a responsible and safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring of domestic water quality, kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
• Conduct risk/hazard analysis and audit in relation to industrial hygiene program.
• Develop industrial training module and presented to employees and contractors.
• Build and maintain close relationship with medical centre for coordinating industrial hygiene related monitoring and education.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor degree in OHS or relevant
• Minimum 5 years experience in OHS related role in mining industry
• Attend related OHS training in mining industry
• Proficient with Ms. Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
• Familiar with HSE Inspection and Audit
• Able to work independently and or within teamwork and under pressure
• Confident leader and mentor with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English and Bahasa
Exploration Geologist (GEO 0959)
This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Project Geologist.
Roles of this position is responsible to delivered all exploration program were dedicated G-Resources HSE-C standard compliances. Main role of this positions are:
• Carry out field exploration program
• Establishing and managing project and teams in remote locations
• Ensure good quality data were collected in the field
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor Degree of Geology, Master Geology will be preferable
• Knowledge of geology field mapping, Geochemistry and Geophysic
• Minimum 2 years in gold and base metals exploration with a broad knowledge of deposit styles and the search methods and technologies used to explore for them in a variety of terrains
• Willing to work in fly camp situation in remote areas
• Have experience in establishing and managing program and teams in remote locations with minimum supervision
• Good English in both written and conversation
• Familiar with exploration software such as MapInfo, Micromine would be an advantage
• Knowledge of geology related to metal deposits (Au-Cu) is preferable

This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Mine Geologist.
Role of this position is responsible to be involved in developing geology in the mining area and daily grade control activities. Providing proper geological field data to be incorporated with ore block designed.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Tertiary qualified in Geology
2. Geology and or additional technical course
3. Minimum 1 years experience in related job area
4. Willing to work hard on the field job and trainable
5. Good communication and reporting in English
6. Driving license A holder
7. Good interpersonal skill
