From precise Identification of request from Client and searching through our database and global networks, to intensive pre-interviews and submission of short-listed best-fit candidates to Client, all on the basis of standardized and rigorous internal procedures.

Providing professional and skilled contract staff and consultants to support Client's operations and projects. In addition to these, we also supply a range of ancillary Services specifically crafted for the stage of pre-mobilization of Indonesian skilled personnel in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals and Hospitality Industry.

With a track record and background in the Oil & Gas/Energy sectors, expected to develop and build high-value, long term business relationships with new and potential Clients, successfully selling company s services in Recruitment / Headhunting, Consulting and Contracting of manpower, securing new business in our areas of expertise.

MAIN ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Account Development:
• Present the company, PT Tri Link Indonesia, its activities & services to new potential Clients in the industry in order to secure new manpower contracts and generate revenues;
• Assist company s Management to analyze and evaluate the identified opportunities for viable options based on market research, forecasting and risk assessment techniques in order to make recommendations to the management on opportunities to pursue further;
• Establish a professional rapport and build trust-based relationships with targeted Clients to ensure long term lucrative business opportunities;
• Contribute in developing and determining appropriate & practical Sales Strategies of the company to increase the Sales Revenue & strengthening the bottom-line;
• Develop and maintain a solid database & lists of Clients using dedicated template or tool, and fill in systematically the individual report for each targeted/existing clients met;
• Identify opportunities to have credible and reliable partners for the company s growth and expansion plan;
• Conduct Business Presentations to Clients in a professional and meticulous manner;
• Coordinate effectively with the Recruitment Department to ensure clear understanding on the Clients objectives in order to satisfactorily meet the Clients specific requirements and provide properly full after sales services;
• Achieve the targets & objectives set by Management and review continuously KPI s of business development function
Organizational Effectiveness:
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency through proper coordination and communication with other functions (Recruitment, Administration & Logistics, Finance, etc.);
• Support the initiatives in the business development team and contribute to long-term operational excellence of the company;
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university, overseas studies and engineering discipline would be a great advantages.
Experience Requirements:
• At Least 5 years experience in Oil & Gas or in recruitment / consultancy business with very good knowledge of Oil & Gas industry;Strong business acumen and commercial minded; with proven and successful experience in business development;
• Demonstration of hands-on experiences with Oil & Gas contractors would be an advantage;Familiar with procedures and regulations related to manpower service contracts and outsourcing practices;
• Effective presentation skills and excellent report writing to Management and Clients;
• Strong in interpersonal relations, excellent verbal & written communications skills;
• Dynamic and flexible profile, adaptable to different environments, multicultural and multi nationalities;
• Excellent in English communication;
