Finance Manager (FN 0960)

This position reports directly to the Senior Commercial Manager and will be a key position in the management team. The Finance Manager will take responsibility for tax, management and financial accounting.

Initially the position will be responsible for setting up the systems and processes required to support the project as it transitions through construction, commissioning and ongoing operation. A strong focus will be on building a team and developing staff capable of supporting the business.

There will be a requirement for the role to work from both Jakarta office and Martabe site initially, before being a site based role.

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Mine Geologist.
This position would be responsible to supervise crew and Grade Control assistants with respect to a daily mine geology activities in pit, such as grade control drilling and sampling, ore digging activities. Ensuring all of grade control activities are running properly.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Minimum Diploma and Bachelor degree is preferred
2. Minimum 7 years working in mineral exploration
3. Understanding of the quality and properties of the gold-silver
4. Must have licensed driver/SIM A
5. Experience in best sampling practise, core/chips logging (lithology, alteration and mineralisation)
6. Experience in gold/silver mining is preferred

• Preference is given to candidates who have done postgraduate degree from reputable university, age of 28-40 y.o.
• Have some at least 6 months teaching experience
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• Fluent English both in oral and written
• Having business sense and drive for result

• Due to specific requirements in specific areas of expertise, the Faculty also requires the following competencies in:
  
  1. Marketing: able to conduct and to produce some written ideas on marketing research, e-marketing, marketing strategy, global marketing.
  2. Human Resource: able to conduct and to produce some written ideas on organizational behavior, strategic human resource management, some exposure on Indonesian’s Laws and Regulations on Human Labour, change management.
